Oksana is her nice personality who says she wants Frederick to stay married to
her.
But Anasko (spelled backwards) threatens to make Fake 911 Calls
for Divorce leverage
and to punish Frederick for not staying with her at their
DC condo or
Iowa house
As a small person she is giddy with the power she thinks her ability to call 911
for a free protector, at tax payer expense.

hearing before Judge Carl Ross via Webex by trying to "do it right" this time,

Oksana made a threat to interfere with the October 9 hearing by
changing the DC condo password. She is at the marital Fairfield Iowa
house, where she enjoys full access to the internet with Liberty Communications,
paid by Frederick. Frederick is staying away from her, at their marital Harbour
Square condo S-316 to avoid a false 911 call on the hearing in DC on October 9
before Judge Carl Ross about a Lis Pendens on S-316 and equal rights of
access to a condo he pays for. Oksana through the XFinity Portal changed the WiFi password from
1000 miles away. Frederick has not done the same to Oksana.
Frederick is all set to dial in to WebEx and everything works. |

she does not like - a Black lady Joni. She also accuses them of being "druggies" when Oksana takes all kinds of pills. Fairfield Police Department report number: PD 2506260. Another waste of Law Enforcement resources. Husband Frederick Shaddock was at their marital condo in Washington DC 1000 miles away to avoid her nagging and potential false accusations.

Oksana calls Harbour Square Security officer Van to ask Frederick to leave,
knowing full well that the DC Police did not find cause for removal of a
co-paying spouse. Oksana called 1000 miles from the Fairfield Iowa home to the H.S. Guard house in DC not to let Door Dash bring Frederick's groceries to their home at S-316 Oksana received a book by UPS on 7/17/2025 but refused to let Frederick bring the book to the apartment |

Oksana went into Frederick's basement computer office and started deleting his
divorce related documents. Frederick was logged in and working from remote
at their marital condo 1000 miles away in Washington, DC. After a
mouse pointer competition, Frederick was able to log out of the computer Oksana
does not have the password to. Oksana shut of 6 of Frederick's 18
computers, ones he was working on for customers. Frederick asked Lewis a time friend of him and Oksana for over 20 years, to turn the computers back on. Oksana saw him on his way to the basement office and called 911. Lewis left peacefully. Officers Hackbarth and Anderson responded, interviewed both sides, and concluded that Oksana was calling for a non-emergency again.   Frederick
flew to their marital condo in Washington DC, 1000 miles away. But that
was not far enough. Oksana called the General Manager of Harbour Square
and asked her to remove Frederick and make him fly back to her in their marital
house in Fairfield, Iowa. She accused him of being a "trespasser" in a home he
largely paid for. An attempted home jacking occurred, but 2 DC Police
Officers (G l e d i o n Goci and T u r o n Fuller)
interviewed both sides, looked at Frederick's papers, and concluded that no
crime occurred, and left. On the anniversary of 9/11 there was another

Court ordered hearing via Zoom on March 31, 2025 Oksana changed the password from
Gurudev108, then unplugged the WiFi router in her room then drove with a
friend to Joe Pavelich's office to attend the Zoom meeting. Frederick
assumed she would log in from her 2nd floor office room. |

lady want to move her stuff out, and a 78 year old U.S. Army Veteran (who served
in Vietnam) under home care to be

Trumped-up, self-inflicted, finger-scratch, fake-assault hoax Oksana sought the advice of a friend, a divorcee and single mother, who drove her to go to the Police station to accuse Rick of assault (scratched finger) but did not tell them the scene of the incident. She implied that it was at the house in Rick's computer basement office around 12:00 noon, an earlier time she requested Rick's car key. Oksana is not insured for the vehicle, and crashed Rick's former Mercedes in 2003. On July 20, 2024 around 4:00 she was in the passenger seat of Rick's Mercedes grabbing the key chain, as they drove. Rick rightly grabbed it back, to retain control of the vehicle he was responsible for driving, pulled over to the curb, and reminded her of the traffic danger of what she just did.

1998 Oksana was
at Frederick's apartment calling him home for lunch from his computer job at
Telegroup. His number was 919-75** (now someone else's).
She accidentally dialed 911-75** causing the Police Dispatcher to ask "What
is the emergency?" Oksana, a native of Russia where they use a different number for Russian Police to come (slowly), panicked and hung up. Frederick came home, the phone rang, he answered, the Dispatcher said "What is the emergency?" Frederick, thinking it was a sales call said "There is no emergency here. Don't call again!" The Dispatcher, first hearing a lady's voice, then a man's, sent Police to investigate if the lady was in distress..
