Harbour Square S-316 West and East
520 N Street SW, Washington, DC 20024

Here are the events leading up to Oksana Shaddock's call to 911 for Police help for a non-emergency.   As you see, she was never in any kind of danger, and was doing things to provoke a reaction from me.

Oksana's attorney Robert Liotta falsely claimed that she felt "so afraid" to go the condo that she had to stay at a hotel a few blocks away.

Frederick is moving book shelves to r1eorganize the Living Room into 2 separate areas for Oksana's office, and West for Frederick.  Oksana has the East bed room.  Oksana holds her camera phone to Frederick while claiming "harassment".

On Sunday, 4/13/26 at approximately 1602hrs, officers responded to 520 N St SW for reports of a domestic dispute. SB1 states that she had an argument with her husband of 25 years, SB2, over rearranging the furniture in the house. Both parties deny any physical altercation and no probable cause could be established that an offense occurred.

This is the 35th time she had called or threatened to call, and the 5th time she has wrongfully called the Police for no real reason.   The faces of Police Officers are masked for their privacy.
http://911FakeCalls.com  ,

Oksana gets encouragement to call again if she ever feels uncomfortable.  But she abuses this right. She calls Police as if she is calling her Mother to complain about her husband.   She has never seen the inside of a prison and has no idea what being arrested feels like.

I have filed for a restraining order for a Judge to hopefully tell her to cut it out.
She is taking Police away from more important assignments.
