Subject: Thanks to alert and considerate Lynne, Wendell, and Van.
Anasko was rude. Mail since 7/17/2025 (66 days)
Sadly, my wife has two personalities, which has been confusing for Harbour
Square staff who protect and support residents.
Oksana@Harbour-Square.com - Oksana's basic, kind, nice personality
Anasko@Harbour-Square.com - her angry, mean split-personality (Oksana spelled
backwards)
On 9/22/2025, around 8:00 pm from S-316, I went online to Safeway.com and
ordered food that they have delivered many times via DoorDash.com with
door-to-door service.
Around 8:58 pm the DD Driver Antwan came to deliver the food at the Harbour
Square Gate House. Lynne properly called my wife Oksana at 202-372-5540 for
permission to buzz Antwan up. Her DC area code mobile phone rings her 1000
miles away at our Fairfield Iowa house. She has been there since June 3.
Instead of Oksana simply saying OK, her nasty personality Anasko said Antwan
was not allowed up, knowing this would cause her husband less convenience.
So after finishing his computer work, around 10:55 Frederick came down the
elevator and picked up the groceries.
Security guard Wendell, being alert and considerate of residents' needs, gave
him Oksana's mail package to take to S-316. It has been sitting in the Gate
House since July 17, 2025 (66 days), for over 2 months! Wendell
wisely helped to reduce the clutter of mail packages at the Gatehouse.
Frederick brought everything to S-316, put Oksana's package on their dining
room table, and sent her a phone photo of her package. It was probably the
book she told me she ordered in July while in Iowa since June 3. Instead of
being thankful, Oksana was furious that Wendell had given a husband a wife's
package, and complained to the Gate House Security.
Oksana often calls authorities for no reason, and asked Van to come to S-316
and ask me to leave, even though Oksana knows full well that the DC Police
will not do that due to DC Marital Property Law (Police report CCN# 25139139
on 9/11/2025). Van valiantly came up to retrieve her package and bring it
back to the Gate House where it will probably sit for weeks (or months) until
she returns to H.S. from Iowa.
99.9% of wives at Harbour Square would be happy that Wendell helped deliver
her package via her husband. But this kind of time-wasting nonsense is
aggravated by the unequal power dynamic in the Bylaws. Anasko makes use of
the Signer Spouse Superiority (whoever signed the title) to cause her husband
inconvenience and suffering. She is lonely in Iowa, undergoing age-related
hormonal changes, and acts irrationally. But this is no excuse for her rude
behavior to the good Harbour Square staff (and husband) who try to help her.
I apologize to the Harbour Square staff for bringing such a mood-swinging wife
to our peaceful community when I bought our first unit N-32 about 24 years ago
on February 23, 2001. I bought a 5 bedroom house 1000 miles away in Fairfield
Iowa mainly to escape Anasko on August 16, 2006.
Please thank Lynne, Wendell, and Van for their excellent service. Instead of
thanks, Anasko* was rude. They did the right thing, and have the right to
assume that Harbour Square Cooperative couples cooperate. They should not
have to remember a list of Cooperative Couples and non-Cooperative Couples
(which should be zero).
It would be good to discuss Marital Owner Equality at the Board Meeting on
September 24.
