I am writing from my marital condo at 520 N Street SW, Washington, DC 20024 (DC Condo) at about 3:00 on Thanksgiving morning 11/27/2025 she woke me up on the couch, by throwing a pillow at me, and said she will call Fairfield Police to try to make the tenants leave from our marital home at 806 North 4th Street, Fairfield, Iowa 52556 (Iowa House).

Oksana is now up to #34 on her list of threats to call 911 for non-emergency reasons as an extortion tactic.

I am copying Fairfield Police Chief Thomas so he can decide if probable cause exists to dispatch Police to 806 North 4th to make the tenants leave, as Oksana may request of the Dispatcher.

I am also copying to Washington DC Metropolitan Police Officers

I have requested that Oksana be permitted to participate from DC via Zoom, so she has no excuse to go to the Iowa house and badger every tenant until they leave.

Background: Oksana claims I am "nobody" at our DC condo, so my answer is that she is "nobody" at our Iowa house.
Rooms have been rented by tenants with legal leases, who cannot be harassed, by Iowa Landlord & Tenant Law.
On November 27, 2025 around 3:00 am, Oksana woke Frederick by shouting that she is going to fly 1000 miles
from the DC condo to the Iowa house to make the tenants leave. Even though they help Frederick pay for Iowa House expenses
and Frederick pays for Okana's food and expenses at the DC Condo because she has not had a job since January 2025
when the Trump Administration closed some agencies she did contract web design for. Frederick's computer consulting
business since 1984 continues to be very active.

Frederick: You're nobody at the Iowa house.

Oksana: And I'm, as soon as you leave,
I'm going to Iowa house.

Frederick: No, you're not.

Oksana: To make sure my room is available.

Frederick: No, your room is not available.
