911 Fake Call by Oksana Shaddock & Mary Jones

DC Police report CCN #25163569 October 27, 2025
4 days before the Marital Property Hearing before DC Judge Carl Ross on October 31

"No probable cause was found that an offense was committed."

Oksana called 911, the emergency only number, for a non-emergency complaint against her husband Frederick. 3 DC Metropolitan Police responded to the marital apartment at 520 N Street SW, S-316, Washington, DC 20024.

On the listed date and time, MPD officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Officers spoke with SB-1 and SB-2 on scene who both reported that nothing physical happened and that they were involved in a
verbal argument. SB-1 reported that SB-2 repeatedly insulted her. SB-1 wanted SB-2 to leave the location because of the verbal
insults.
No probable cause was found that an offense was committed.

Oksana claims that she is "doing what Mr. Liotta tells me to", her attorney. If this is so, then he should be disbarred. He is encouraging her to make a false Police report in order to get Frederick out of the marital condo where he was on the WebEx call on October 9, and plans to do so on October 31. At the very least, ne has not instructed her not to lie to try to get her husband arrested. During the Police visit, Oksana told that officer that "he has a fake ID" and when they inspected his DC Drivers License they found it to be authentic. Officer Nolan Morgan left a card with CCN# 25163569 recording the incident.

Oksana attempted to obstruct a participant in the case from participating in the hearing on October 31 by misusing emergency services.

This is the 33rd fake 911 call or recorded threat to do so by Oksana in a scheme of deliberate misuse of Law Enforcement for the purpose of marital manipulation, harassment, and extortion.

Police inspected Frederick's DC Drivers License with the 520 N Street SW, S-316, Washington DC address
and found that he is authorized to live in the marital condo.
