11/27/2025 Oksana's extortive threat to call 911 on Tenants

Background: Oksana claims husband is "nobody" at the marital DC condo.
So his answer is that she is "nobody" at the marital Iowa house.
Rooms have been rented by tenants with legal leases, who cannot be harassed, by Iowa Landlord & Tenant Law.
On November 27, 2025 around 3:00 am, Oksana woke Frederick sleeping on the couc by throwing a pillow and shouting
,that she is going to fly 1000 miles  from DC to the Iowa house to make the tenants leave.
Even though they help Frederick pay for Iowa House expenses and Frederick pays for Okana's food
and expenses at the DC Condo because was fired from her job since January 2025 due to her inability to
get along with co-workers and Trump Administration closed some agencies she did contract web design for.
Frederick's computer consulting business allows him to work from anywhere for over 20 years 

Frederick: You're nobody at the Iowa house.

Oksana: And I'm, as soon as you leave,
I'm going to Iowa house.

Frederick: No, you're not.

Oksana: To make sure my room is available.

Frederick: No, your room is not available.

Oksana: Yes

DC with very expensive flights,
You're planning to go to Iowa House and harass the tenants,
And this is going to be played for the Fairfield police.
You're intending to go there to harass tenants.

To go to Fairfield, Iowa specifically to harass tenants apartment.

Oksana: I'm going to my house in Fairfield, Iowa.

And what are you going to do there?
