More of Oksana's fake 911 call threats
Oksana charged Frederick with scraping her finger (an "assault"?) while she grabbed his Mercedes Benz key chain while Fred was nicely driving her on errands, to the Art Supply store. She really wanted to go to Everybody's Foods, but Rick said he had to get to his computers at home. She even started to get out of the car passenger door while still in motion (crazy). Fred pulled her back into the car by her left arm to save her from injury, although this resulted in a small bruise.
Oksana had no insurance for Fred's car. In
2003, she totaled his other car near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC

Oksana sought the advice of a friend, a divorcee and single mother, who drove her to go to the Police station to accuse Rick of assault (scratched finger) but did not tell them the scene of the incident. She implied that it was at the house in Rick's computer basement office around 12:00 noon, an earlier time she requested Rick's car key. Oksana is not insured for the vehicle, and crashed Rick's former Mercedes in 2003. On July 20, 2024 around 4:00 she was in the passenger seat of Rick's Mercedes grabbing the key chain, as they drove. Rick rightly grabbed it back, pulled over to the curb, and reminded her of the traffic danger of what she just did.
Oksana grabbed the ignition key chain while Frederick was driving by Everybody's
Foods.
Oksana: "I want to go to Everybody's!!!"
Frederick pulled the Mercedes over to the right curb to reason with Oksana.

Honorable Judge Phil Parsons issued initial No Contact Order on July 21.
On July 23, after reviewing the evidence, he Dismissed all charges and order.
